Thriver does not require a contract. However, some providers will need a contract for an off-site event or if a waiver needs to be signed. Please note that you must obey our cancellation policies which you can read more about within our Terms and Conditions.

Your credit card will get charged right when it is approved by the provider.
Some providers may have a minimum and/or maximum participant count/spend amount. This will be stated somewhere in the service description.
If your order is pending and not confirmed you can make the adjustments in drafts. However, if you confirmed your order you will have to contact Thriver Support for assistance.
Yes, you can book for more than one office.You can browse and select from different locations and compose a list of saved addresses based on the location (ie, TikTok’s Los Angeles Office).
